Who we are
The WIN Group consists of two companies Workmates and Daniel Owen.
Workmates are a successful agency established in 1986, foremost in the construction recruitment market. Workmates’ area of expertise is providing building trades and labour on a contract basis to meet the needs of national and local contractors, local authorities and maintenance companies.
Daniel Owen are a recruitment agency specialising solely on the supply of construction professionals (white collar staff) on a nationwide basis to the construction and allied industries.
Both companies are financially secure, since being established in 1986. We manage our own cash flow and do not have to factor our debts. Moreover, we have an excellent staff retention record where loyalty is rewarded.

Every July the WIN group has its annual awards evening, where everyone in the company joins in celebrating both team and individual successes. At the awards dinner everybody’s achievements are recognised, support staff to highest billers.
Highest Billers (£200k billers) rewarded
Our most successful consultants who exceed annual £GM billings of over £200k can be rewarded in many ways. Recent examples of such trips are: Skiing in Switzerland, Formula 1 racing in France, trips to Las Vegas and scuba diving in the Red Sea.)
